José Manuel Brito da Mana Ramalhão Fortunato
José Manuel is a Director and member of both the Executive Committee of MSF SGPS, and MSF TUR.IM SGPS., a sub-holding of the MSF Group dealing in tourism and real estate. He is also Chairman of the Board of Neocivil – Construções do Algarve. With a degree in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico, José Manuel has a Graduate Diploma in Investment Analysis and Property from CEMAF / ISCTE and Business Management AESE. He began working in construction in 1993 at Moniz da Maia Serra & Fortunato – Empreiteiros (currently MSF Engenharia), and took on responsibilities in the Real Estate and Tourism department in late 1996. Presently, he manages the office of Chairman of the Board of MSF Activos Imobiliários and Ceramitur – Sociedade Turística da Fábrica da Cerâmica, and is an executive officer of Royal Óbidos – Promoção e Gestão Imobiliária e Turística.
